September Fundraising Opportunities

The African Women’s Development Fund: Website. This foundation supports initiatives advocating for women’s rights and gender equality in Africa. Potential applicants should initiate the process with the online eligibility questionnaire.

The Open Society Foundations: Website. This global network focuses on fostering tolerant and robust democracies. Grant applications should detail the prospective education program, target beneficiaries, and associated budget.

The Conrad N. Hilton Foundation: Website. With a global perspective, this foundation extends grants to benefit vulnerable and disadvantaged populations, particularly in Asia and Africa. Grant inquiries commence with an online submission.

The Global Environment Facility Small Grants Programme: Website. This program endorses community-led initiatives promoting environmental sustainability and sustainable development, focusing on Asia and Africa.

The United Nations Democracy Fund: Website. This fund is dedicated to projects reinforcing democratic governance and civil society in developing countries, offering grants, especially for education and governance programs.
